Delivery and Availability

We always strive to dispatch your orders promptly. However, some items may be temporarily out of stock and may require time for production. Please find below our standard delivery times, calculated from the time of your order to the moment the package reaches your doorstep:

Germany & EU countries: 4 - 15 days, with most orders being delivered on the shorter end of this range.

If your order is particularly urgent, please notify us by email at offcutkenya@gmail.com .

The goods will be shipped via postal service. We meticulously inspect each package before dispatch. Nevertheless, we kindly request that you thoroughly examine your package for any signs of damage upon receipt from the courier. If the package appears to be damaged, please refrain from accepting it.

If the option for shipment to your home country is unavailable at checkout, kindly send us a brief email at offcutkenya@gmail.com , and we will assist in making shipping arrangements to your location.

 

Prices and Shipping Rates

Our prices include the current legal sales tax in all European Union countries. For countries outside the European Union, our prices do not include sales taxes. 

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for covering the direct return costs. For more information on returns please visit our Return and Refund Policy.

0.00 € - 100.00 € value of goods: 3.99 € shipping
from 100.01 €: free shipping

EU countries:
0,00 € - 100.00 € value of goods: 6.99 € shipping
from 101.01 €: free shipping
